Our Commitment To Data Security
All payments to Intellect-cctv made by credit cards through Sagepay and Paypal checkout secure.
We use Royal Mail and Interlink Express 24 for our deliveries and can deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Islands and the Republic of Ireland.
Normally any orders received before 3:00 pm (Mon to Friday) we will dispatched on same day.
Please note if we use Interlink 24 is not 100% guaranteed next day but in majority of time you will receive it next day.
Please DO NOT ACCEPT any package which does not appear to be in good condition unless you have checked the contents and are happy to accept them.
If you did not accept the item due to damage delivery, please inform Intellect-cctv within 2 days.
If you are not available to sign the delivery item, Interlink will leave you a card and you can contact them for redelivery.
If you asked someone to install your goods please make sure you have enough time to have the goods delivered. Intellec-cctv is not responsible for late delivery or failure to deliver products or perform any obligation specified in these Terms and Conditions which are due to circumstances beyond our control.
Intellect-cctv really care for availability in stock. Although very uncommon, there can be minor discrepancies between actual and indicated stock levels, due to the extremely busy periods such as Christmas, which can have an effect on delivery times. In the unlikely event that this should occur, it is our policy to inform customers of the expected delay and when the goods are likely to be delivered and we will strive to minimise any delay wherever possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Return postage should be paid by customer.
If item is faulty or damaged you need to notify Intellect-cctv first by Email or Telephone and confirm with us before send the item back. Return Postage cost will be paid by Intellect-cctv .
All items from Intellect-cctv comes with 1 year warranty - Return to base
If you send the item back under warranty found in working condition you need to pay for return postage.
